House is located in a peaceful and quiet residential area. Freeway acess within 5min of driving(I-5 and 167). 10 to 15 for downtown Tacoma and Federal way. Room is bright and spacious. Full bathroom just for yourself(until we have another house mate to share it with you). Plenty of storage space. Laundry and dryer in house.

**A couple with 13yrs old chuwahwah living a quiet and peaceful life here. If you are looking for a party house where social gathering happens in your living space, we are NOT the right house mates for you. If home is where you return to, unwind and recharge at the end of the day and you value that comfort of private space, then you’ve found the right listing. **No house party, no excessive drinking, no in-house smoking (including 420) and please no drama. **Sorry to say, but we are not able to accommodate another pet(s) in the house other than the dog we already have. **These probably go without saying but, cleaning up after just about everything you would do at home, such as cooking and eating, using a bathroom, laundry, lounging in shared areas like living room and more, is just “MUST”. No one likes to clean up after others and we hope that’s universally understood. **Lease contract is signed and notarized with longer than 6month and the last month of rent is required when moving in.
