4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in the Rosemeade neighborhood of Carrollton. Plenty of natural light in all the rooms. Large yard fenced in both the front and back yards. Pool and hot tub (although water heater needs to be fixed). You would pretty much have your own bathroom except for when I have guests. Plenty of street parking.

I just purchased this home and I am currently the only one living here. I work from home so the only time I leave is to workout or hang out with friends. I also travel home to CA often so you would potentially have the house to yourself sometimes. I am a gay man - if you have issues with that then my house might not be the place for you.
