Come rent a room in my relaxed and comfortable home. It’s a spacious single family house with a mountain view, a jacuzzi and an outdoor dining area, available for single occupancy right now.

You’ll have private use of one bedroom (121 square ft) and a newly renovated bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size mattress and a dresser. If you would prefer to use your own furnishings, that’s an option as well.

You’ll have shared use of the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and yard. Additional storage is available in the garage.

I’m looking for a working professional or a college student to share the house with. There is currently one male professional living in the house. When I’m not working, I tend to eat out, hike, bicycle, motorcycle, or go out “overlanding” in my truck.

Bedroom includes:

• $1,200 rent includes utilities and internet
• $1,200 Refundable Security Deposit
• $45 Credit Check
• Term- 6 month renewable lease.
• No pets, drugs, or smoking.

I work in Biotech making new medicines. I have lived here for over 6 years, first raising my two kids and now focusing more time on work and play. My kids have moved out but still like to visit. I work a few days in the office and a couple days at home each week. On the weekends I tend to do outdoor activities like bicycling and hiking or going on road trips.
