Yugo Dickson (previously Gather Dickson) located right off Dickson Street but far enough away to not be super noisy. Off-campus student housing type of apartment, but you don’t need to be a student to live here. One furnished room available in a 2-bedroom apartment, each with their own private bathroom! Roommate is a cool male accounting student about 20 years old with a playful dog that stays in his room. I’m reletting the lease in order to try to help out a friend with their lease elsewhere. I have no issues with this apartment, it is quite reasonable for the price. All utilities are included with the rent with the caveat that electricity is capped at $25/room (so $50 for this whole unit), after that you start paying for extra electricity. There is a free coffee machine with many options on the 3rd floor where my room is. There is a gym on the 2nd floor with pretty decent equipment and it’s never crowded. Additional $40/month garage parking or street parking with a free permit. I have an expensive car and I’ve been comfortable leaving it on the street, which is a one-way and doesn’t get a lot of traffic. Pet-friendly with $30/month pet rent. I really think this place is a good deal for $760/month assuming no pet or garage parking. Pricing is broken down as: $750/month for the room $10/month for valet trash $30/month pet rent if you have one $150 non-refundable pet fee if you have one $40/month for garage parking if you opt for that $72 one-time utility fee upon move-in $25 one-time green fee upon move-in No security deposit! All utilities included, with $25/room cap on electricity after which you cover with a utilities account that they give you. It’s no hassle. I mined bitcoin in my room all last month at about 100 Watts ~12 hours/day and my roommate and I didn’t go over the $50 electricity cap, FYI.
