What you’ll be renting - Room w/ private bathroom and own den/living room area. All utilities including 1 GB internet speeds are inclusive of the price. Furnished 15 X 12 bedroom + 20 X 30 Den/Living room. The room and den are all on the 2nd floor of the house and are completely private to you. The entire 2nd floor has been remodeled. Rooms have been recently painted and updated.
