South Robinson Street

The house is a 2 bed/2 bath rowhome located right next to patterson park in the Canton/Highlandtown area and was renovated in 2017. The available room is located on the second floor and the bathroom is located right outside the room. There is an outdoor patio, a half finished basement with the other half available for storage. It is street parking only but the parking in this area is not bad and am usually able to find a parking spot right outside the house.

I own the home and I would be your roommate. I’m 28 and work as a mechanical engineer. I work in the office 4 days a week and 1 day at home. I enjoy being outside and being active. I’m fairly quiet during the week and mostly go to the gym, cook, or play in volo city sports leagues with friends. On the weekends I like to golf, do outdoor activities, and occasionally go out with friends.
