About the room

Currently looking to fill room around 8/1/26.

Private 10x10 room with a 8x2 closet in a comfortable, well-kept home. Rent: $700/month — utilities fully covered. In the rare event of an unusual spike in costs, we’d have an open conversation about it. Shared Spaces: Kitchen, living room, and a guest bathroom shared with the tenant. Parking: Street parking available. Location: Great, safe neighborhood — walking distance from Dry Canyon Club, a local food court with food and drinks.

About the roomies

Currently at the house it’s myself, my girlfriend, and our pup. We’re both out of the house a portion of the day working full time, so the place stays quiet during the day. We like to keep things organized and clean so that everything is easy and convenient for everyone to use.

When we’re home, we’re pretty laid back — you’ll usually find us playing video games, working on personal projects, tinkering with cars, or just relaxing. On rare occasions we’ll have a small get-together with friends or family, but it’s never excessive and always kept at a respectful level.

Overall, we’re easy-going, considerate, and just looking for someone who shares a similar vibe.

Our dog is a Terrier mix rescue — she is sweet, well-mannered, and loves attention, though she also knows how to give space when needed. She is a big part of our home, so a comfort level with dogs is a must. Unfortunately she does not get along well with other free roaming animals, so we can only accommodate animals that are not free roaming.

-Smoking: Outside only — vaping is fine indoors -Pets: Due to our dog not being comfortable around free-roaming animals, we cannot accommodate Dogs/cats or other free-roaming pets. Caged animals and birds are open to conversation. -Guests are welcome — just keep it considerate and respectful -We keep a clean and organized home and ask the same in return
