Centrally located, you can walk to shopping, restaurants, or a short drive to any where in San Diego. This is a private room with its own bathroom. There is a private outdoor space right outside your door for you to enjoy as well. Custom closet space offer you plenty of room for your clothes. The room is furnished with a full size bed, night stand, and desk. A new mini split system A/C heater unit was just install too.

I am looking for a considerate, responsible, clean, and quiet roommate. There are no pets, no smoking, and no over night guests allowed. Looking for someone for a three to six month lease.
