Solon's room

I have a unfurnished private basement bedroom with a 1/2 bathroom(no tub/shower)in a dog friendly house. I have a friendly and protective 4 yr old Aussiedor, she will come visit you just to be nosy. There is plenty of street parking. The shared areas are the kitchen, livingroom, backyard and of course the shower upstairs. The area is quiet and has a lot of different ethnic restaurants.

I am a single empty nester that works remotely for King County. I am learning how to play the Saxophone and I have gym equipment that I use in the basement ( I can move the equipment if necessary )I am looking for a responsible, respectful, clean up after themselves renter. I am violently allergic to cigarette smoke. Absolutely no smoking in or around the house, not even outside. No couples or overnight guests. The rest we can figure out later.
