About the room
Looking for a roomie to move into my 4 bed/ 2.5 bath home in the East Lake area. There are a couple of different rooms to choose from. You would have your own bathroom and there is off street parking. Must pass a background/credit check through the landlord. Looking for a 12 month lease commitment. $800 a month plus utilities. I’ve lived here for 3 years. It’s super close to everything.
About the roomies
I’m a salon manager and single mom. The kids do not live there, but would visit from time to time. I have a cat but I’m unable to take on anymore pets. Looking for a cool quiet professional to share my space. No loud parties, or people coming and going. LGBTQ and 420 friendly.
