Grand Street

The building is located at the corner of Graham Avenue and Grand Street. It is three subway stops (on the L train) away from Manhattan. The neighborhood, Williamsburg, has a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, stores, and performance places. The size of the room is 200 SF. It faces south and the backyard, so there is no street noise. The building has an accessible roof top with beautiful views of Manhattan and all around. There is a laundry and a gym in the building. Both are not included in rent. Gas (heating and cooking) is included in rent. Electricity and internet usually comes out to $50.- per month per room mate. I have a cat, Pys, which also lives there.
