Megan's room

I bought a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home with a pool on the East side near Album Park and am looking for one female roommate. Rent is $750 plus halfed utilities to include: internet, water, gas, & electricity. Rent includes: one bedroom with a full closet, a hallway coat closet, the hallway full bath, use of the guest bedroom when needed, private driveway parking spot, and access to all common areas (laundry room, pool, kitchen etc). Home is move in ready (can send pictures if desired)!

A little bit about me: I am from Virginia, I love to travel/ go on mission trips, go to church, be in nature, and have game nights! As a roommate I am pretty laid back. I am clean and respectful of others. I am a nurse therefore work/ sleep hours are a little crazy, but it should be no issue.
