Private room and bathroom in 2BR/2BA available at the Drift Apartments at the Forum. Internet included in the $960 rent, utilities not included. Power is ~$120/mo (~$60 each) and water/sewer is ~$90/mo (~$45 each). Grand monthly total being approximately $1,065/mo.

$500 security deposit. $75 application fee submitted to property managers when applying. You would be added to the lease, and we would sign a roommate agreement confirming splitting of costs (rent, utilities, etc.).

Room available is the 2nd bedroom (11ft x 11ft), which has a huge window for lots of natural light, ceiling fan/light, and walk in closet (6.5ft wide x 4.5ft deep). Directly across the hall from 2nd bedroom is a full bathroom with a huge bathtub that would be solely yours.

Property is great. Tons of parking (no cost), dog park, beautiful pool and BBQ area, gym, club house, and courtyards with pool table and mini golf. Close to everything you need (restaurants, stores, etc.).

Move in date is June 12. First month’s rent would be prorated accordingly of course.

Hey there! Hope all’s well. I’m Joe, 31 y/o nursing student at Rasmussen University. I work remotely full time in addition to school so I am quite busy a lot of the time. I like to keep the place clean but am not a total neat freak so don’t worry. Just want mutual cleanly respect between both of us. I do tend to keep to myself in my work and studies but also enjoy just chilling during my down time. I’m part of the LGBT community so the more the merrier (allies included), but if you have a problem with that, then move along. I have a small dog (mix), potty trained, and gets along with other dogs (except fluffy ones for some reason - I think he thinks they’re a toy). He’s really tame and pretty much just does his own thing. I’m a friendly guy recently transplanted from Seattle. I enjoy cooking, yoga, working out, playing with Mo (my dog), and just making the best out of life by staying present and positive. I don’t mind having visitors occasionally, however, I prefer not to throw wild parties.
