Hi, I’m Lydia! My current roommate is finishing school so I will have a bedroom/bathroom in a 2/2 apartment available in June.

The bedrooms/bathrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment with the shared living space in between. This has worked well for us and allowed more private/quiet living spaces. I am a working student and maintain a quiet and clean environment. I am looking for someone who prefers the same.

The rent is $635 a month and includes all utilities and wifi.
