Bobby's room

We have a single bedroom open, great size, unfurnished, with 1 window and a closet. There are 2 other occupied bedrooms on the 2nd floor as well as the 1 shared bathroom, with a 4th occupied bedroom being a 3rd floor loft. We have a front porch and then entering the house we have a foyer area, which leads to a large living room. Full kitchen next to the living room (fridge, oven/stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, table and center island), and a small laundry room at the back. Back door leads to a large back deck and a small, fenced in yard.

We are very close to pretty much everything there is in Conshohocken, and everyone on our street is pretty nice and quiet. Parking is street parking, but we’ve never had any issues with getting a spot no matter the time of day. The street is also a cul de sac, so we get little to no through traffic.

Rent is paid through venmo to the landlord, and utilities are usually around $100/month. Upon move in, you pay first month’s rent ($425), last month’s rent (another $425) , and the security deposit ($400) for a total of $1250, then it’s just $425 plus utilities per month going forward. Lease is month to month so you are not required to stay for an extended period, but preferably we are looking for someone for more than just a couple months.

Hi! We are 3 early-20s guys that are laid back, inclusive, and CLEAN! I’ve lived here for about 2 years and it’s been amazing, the rent is cheap and the location is so nice. Everyone here is respectful of each others spaces, it’s been good vibes all around.

Basic rules around here are pretty simple but we’ve had problems in the past; clean up after yourself, respect the shared spaces and keep them clear of your own personal clutter, and just in general be cognizant of the fact you’re living with 3 other people. With 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen to share among 4 people with different schedules, things can get chaotic if you don’t keep up. Stay clean and don’t hog the shower and we will all THRIVE
