I’m looking to find 2 compatible housemates (no couples) to share this lovely Carrboro home. The rent is 650/month, 650 security deposit/avg. 70/month utilities. One room would have a new bed. The other is unfurnished. Also, I’m still open to sharing the house with only one person who would have the master bedroom/private bath/outside entrance for 1025/month.

Spacious, light filled, and has a great kitchen. Has a screened in porch overlooking the backyard with garden. Many other amenities.

Seeking mindful housemates wanting to contribute to the well being of a shared home, where there’s harmony and open communication. Shared interests of cooking, playing music, nature, and interest in making the world a better place would be great. The last being the most important as well as a sense of humor!

Available now Nov. 2023 and lease ends May 31, 2024 with option to renew.

I’m a self employed massage therapist, avid gardener, musician, enjoy creativity in all things. (Natural scent house, no synthetic fragrances, please.)
