Room is the smaller of the two, and does not share a wall with my room. House is newly renovated with hardwood floors, new appliances, and updated bathroom. HUGE walk up attic with more than enough storage for everyone. House is all fully furnished except for the second bedroom. Stocked with full kitchenware. Area for a desk/work from home space where you would have privacy if you are a remote worker. Large fenced in front yard with outdoor sectional, firepit, and grill area. GREAT FOR DOGS! 1 pet allowed. Driveway parking, rotated with other roommate on monthly basis. Plenty off street free parking for other roommate. Detached garage with more storage and home gym equipment! Laundry all in unit as well. Looking for someone who likes to relax at home, have the occasional dinner get together, sit by the fire, have a wine night, and operates well with a 9-5 schedule. Must be very clean and pick up after themselves, and financially responsible! Each roommate is responsible for rent and it is paid separately to landlords via Zelle (no management company)…they are AMAZING.

I am a 26 year old young professional in Healthcare Staffing. I have a small dog (female corgi) who is the cutest! She is fully trained and housebroken. I work remotely, in an office away from the main area of the house. I love cooking, music, Pilates, and am financially responsible and very clean/organized, and looking for someone who is the same! I have the slightly larger room, so pay the higher portion of rent.
