Security deposit is still being figured out with the apartment complex but it could range from $0-$650 ($1,300 ÷ 2). I will let you know or update this listing as soon as I have that information.

Room available is the 2nd bedroom (11ft x 11ft), which has a huge window for lots of natural light, ceiling fan/light, and walk in closet (6.5ft wide x 4.5ft deep). Directly across the hall from 2nd bedroom is a full bathroom with a huge bathtub that would be solely yours.

Property is great. Tons of parking (no cost), dog park, beautiful pool and BBQ area, gym, club house, and courtyards with pool table and mini golf.
Close to everything you need (restaurants, stores, etc.).

Hey there! Hope all’s well. I’m Joe, 31 y/o nursing student at Rasmussen University. I work remotely full time in addition to school so I am quite busy a lot of the time. I like to keep the place clean but am not a total neat freak so don’t worry. Just want mutual cleanly respect between both of us. I prefer living with roomies rather than alone so am looking for someone I vibe with - we are social creatures after all. I do tend to keep to myself in my studies but also enjoy just chilling during my down time with a fellow roomie. I’m part of the LGBT community so the more the merrier (allies included), but if you have a problem with that, then move along. I have a small dog (mix), potty trained, and gets along with other dogs (except fluffy ones for some reason - I think he thinks they’re a toy). He’s really tame and pretty much just does his own thing. I’m a friendly guy recently transplanted from Seattle. I enjoy cooking, yoga, working out, playing with Mo (my dog), and just making the best out of life by staying present and positive. I don’t mind having visitors occasionally, however, I prefer not to throw wild parties.

Move in date is June 1, maybe sooner if current roomie leaves sooner. Again, TBD.
