Very laid back roommate. I’m huge on communicating and being mindful of one another as roomies. If you do have any pets- I am more than willing to consider them. Same applies with children. Children will always be welcome here if you have them- I have two of my own that are little people. They do go to their dads 50/50 because I am in nursing school and work at a hospital. There’s open parking here, neighbors are all really nice and talk to each other. Lease is up March 2023, so if you need a few months to the rest of the lease to stay, I would love to have you! Its just me, and 50% of the time my kids. They are in daycare from 6 am- 6pm so there won’t be legos on the floor for you to step on constantly or baby shark playing on the tv. Full time student finishing prerequisites for my nursing degree. I am a behavioral health tech so I work in a psychiatric facility. I’m easy going and understanding. All I ask if for honesty, communication, and respect of each other and our common areas. Huge mental health advocate, as well as single moms and the LGBTQ community. Judgement free zone over here, come as you are and just enjoy the comfort of your own home!
