Bianca's room

The property is a duplex located in central Lakeland in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes away from Florida Southern University, Lake Hollingsworth, and downtown Lakeland. The room is furnished with a full size bed, a small closet, dresser, and a TV. The shared spaces are the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and an enclosed patio. There is also a large fenced in yard.

My name is Bianca and I live with my fur baby Sebastian. We enjoy watching TV, listening to music, taking walks, and spending time with family and friends. I am a pretty easy person to get along with. I am a homebody at heart and I currently work from home. Sebastian is a Chihuahua mix and loves people and is allowed to roam freely. He is very friendly and laid back and rarely barks. Roommate must love dogs, but cannot bring any additional pets. No smokers. No overnight guest. No children. Also I prefer roommates who do not work from home. Only Month to month lease.
