Hi! I currently share an extremely nice renovated 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment with two other female college students. I am about to move out to be closer to my new job.

We have a balcony, bar area in the kitchen, furnished living room, and renovated kitchen appliances. The apartment is 950 square feet in total. This apartment location is about 15 minutes drive from UMBC in Linthicum Heights. We are walking distance from a train station, two gas stations and about 5 minutes drive to the nearest grocery store.

The room is unfurnished. I’ll be moving all my stuff out and giving it a good clean over before you move in. It fits a full size bed very comfortably and has a large walk in closet. It would also easily fit a queen.

The rent is $761/month. The utility bill comes in every 3 months and typically ranges from $30-60 per girl. Wifi is $29.99/month (split between 3 girls which is $9.99 per month). All utilities except for electricity and wifi are paid for. We did pay the security deposit of $250 (split $83 per girl) so you would have to reimburse me that upon move in. There is also an application fee of 40 to put your name on the lease.

If you have a dog or cat they are welcome! But there would be an additional pet rent fee ($35) and you would have to fill out a pet application too. The lease would be up in the beginning of May (but you may renew if interested).

Tolu is a professional UMBC undergrad that also works. Sharon is a recent graduate with a full time job. The house environment is very chill, we are very easy going and love communication/hang outs!
