MILIARY MEMBERS PREFERRED CENTRALIZED LOCATION TO SEVERAL MILITARY BASES!

We have a room available for rent in our 3,100 sq. ft. home. This residence is furnished and contains all major appliances, including washer and dryer. Common areas of this residence are shared amongst all tenants as well.

We provide our tenants with pest control services and ADT security systems as an additional amenity in this residence free of charge. We also have Wi-fi services installed in the home for remote work and entertainment. Wi-fi and Utilities are shared amongst all current tenants.

1. We have an upstairs double master bedroom available. This room includes a king size bed, nightstand, and blackout curtains. This room is about 950 sq. ft. and has a private full bathroom and large walk-in closet. This room is currently $1200/mo. and is open for single or couple occupancy.

As a convenience to our military service members and tenants, we have a month-2-month no commitment agreement available.

**security deposit (equivalent of 1 month’s rent) + 1st month’s rent due at time of agreement signing.

**this residence does not allow any pets.
