Clean, respectable and usually quiet house. 3 bed/2 bath with one bedroom available beginning in October. We have three kitties, so must be cat friendly and unfortunately we are not allowed any additional pets on the premises. We have a wonderful back yard that is great for bbq’s and bonfires. Looking for someone with a similarly laid back mindset and that wants to stay in the area for a while as a lease would be required by our landlord, as well as a background check and housing application (easier than it sounds I promise!) . $650 would include rent and utilities.

I work 8-5 and am usually busy after work. Hobbies includes crafting, cooking, volleyball and just about anything outdoors. Olivia works as a teacher so she is out and about in the summer but a home body during school. When we are home we like to cook and just relax, either with each other or just individually. We like going out but like to have game nights at our house as well.
