About the room
Move in date near the end of March The apartment is on the fourth floor and there’s no elevator so it’s not wheelchair accessible unfortunately. You will get your own room and bathroom. The room is about 10 x 11. You’ll have your own shelf in the pantry! Rent is $750. There is a dishwasher, laundry washer, and dryer. It’s a couple of miles away from WWU. Parking is very patchy tbh. There is a shuttle near here that can take you straight there. Electricity is the only utility not included. Management kind of sucks but the apartment is in good condition. You’ll live next to some grocery stores within walking distance!
The listed deposit is actually the last two months of rent paid ahead of time. There is a one time $200 dollar joining fee. Looking for one roommate only. Lease ends on August 24th, 2023.
