Fremont Street

We live in a 3 bedroom apartment right in the action of downtown. The place has a really big living room / kitchen with massive windows which provide great views. We have already furnished the common areas so you will only need furniture for your room.

We have 2 bedrooms available which both share a spacious bathroom. Each of the bedrooms has a walk-in closet but the bigger bedroom has a particularly large one.

The apartment building itself was only built in the last few years and all of the amenities are beautiful and new. There are large common areas which include a resort style pool, a complete gym and billiard room / hang out area.

This part of Las Vegas has a lot going on and so it would suit somebody who wants to get out and explore!

We are a late 20’s / mid 30’s couple who share the master bedroom. Callie is originally from the US and works in the industry and Josh is from Australia and is a working professional.

We are looking for a housemate who is social and likes to hang out but also respects each others space and has a life of their own. We keep a beautiful, tidy house and so anyone moving in we would like to also be neat. A full-time job is a must.

We are fine with either male/female and LGBT friendly - what really matters for us is that you are a good fit for the house.

Our interests include art, nature, outdoor adventures, music festivals, the environment and exploring Las Vegas.
