Very well kept 3 bedroom/2 bath home in SW Fort Worth close to I20 and I30. If you are a student, the house is about 10 minutes from TCU. Large kitchen - you will have access to your own fridge. Quiet neighborhood. Pool with large covered patio. Two parking spaces (not covered).

No smoking or pets allowed. Home owner has a small dog so must be pet friendly. Must be very tidy and be willing to help with small household chores. Room is not meant for two - no couples.
