Plenty of free parking is available on the street in front. Room offered will not be furnished.

I’m offering a Month to Month Rental agreement. Utilities are all split 3 ways equally between you, I and the other roommate. There is a max 3 of us so no live together couples, pets or families please since the unit cannot comfortably accommodate more than 3 long term occupants. No smoking in the unit or drug use in the unit is permitted.

This unit is in a historic old house in a historic old neighborhood with friendly & professional neighbors surrounding it. It is just minutes walking distance from historic and tourist oriented Cherokee Street where there’s nightlife, entertainment ,grocery stores, restaurants, other stores and a co-working office space and much more. Very entertaining area.
