Private bedroom and shared bathroom in a new house. Internet and streaming services are included. Dog friendly with a fenced in yard. Home is a smart home in a new neighborhood with the elementary school located a few blocks away. House is currently under construction and scheduled to complete in mid July. There is a washer and dryer available for use to all roommates.

I’m a 31 year old male with a dog. He’s very friendly and will want to play with you and your dog if you have any. I work allot during the week and don’t typically arrive home until later in the evening. Weekends I spend mostly gaming and with my dog. I don’t drink at home often and occasionally have overnight guests. If I do have a guess I be sure to let my roommates know so they aren’t freaked out about a stranger in the house.
