We are two prospective tenants at this property!

I (JP) work in recruitment for a consulting firm. I am super into music, CLEAN roommates (seriously we are looking for someone who values cleanliness), reading and writing.

Andrea is a PhD student at CUNY studying Sociology.

We are both queer people of color and looking for roommates that are LGBTQ accepting as well as anti-Trump; we are also in our mid-twenties (25 and 24).

I work a full-time 9 to 5 job in Times Square so I expect to be home around 6 pm and go to bed sometime around 11 pm.

Andrea is a graduate student so her schedule might vary.

We are really targeting people that are clean (we cant stress that enough).

The landlord will ask for a credit/background check as well as a security deposit and proof of employment.

About the place:

• AMAZINGLY located, seriously!!
• Three bedrooms / 1 bath
• We are looking to fill the smaller of the three bedrooms. The only downside is that you would have to go through one of our rooms to get into that room. (the second room is detached but we both agreed on taking the larger of the rooms).
  -newly renovated kitchen!
• HUGE living room (we could fit at least two couches there).
• a few blocks from Prospect Park.
