2 rooms for rent in NE Bend! Available June 1st, can be earlier if needed. House is located in an HOA neighborhood, across the street from a park and across the way from K1 Sports, great location. Both rooms in pictures below, both roommates would be sharing an upstairs full bathroom. Rent would be $700/month and a $670 security deposit. Utilities average about an additional $130 a month for rent. I’m open to male or female and prefer similar to my age, I’ve lived in an all male and an all female apartments before. The current lease holder is moving and I am taking over.

About me: I’m a 25 year old that manages a staffing agency in downtown Bend. I just moved here in February when my job relocated me, so fairly new to the area. I like to hike, be outdoors, have friends over on the weekends or weeknight dinners for BBQ’s or go brewery hopping. I’m open to being friends with you, or respect just keeping to our own routine/schedules. I still have my apartment in Corvallis until the end of September, so when I’m not busy on a weekend I’ll leave work early on a Friday to spend the weekend over at my place with friends and family.
