Hi there, I am a student at Salisbury University looking for someone to take over my 12-month lease starting August 15th if wanting to move in earlier there is a $250 move-in early fee to be able to move on August 9th. This can be a student or nonstudent, anyone is welcomed! It’s a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment, so you would have your own fully furnished (bed, desk, nightstand) bedroom and bathroom. There is a pool, gym, tanning room, and dog park all included. Located in Salisbury MD. The price is a flat rate, everything is included in that price. If interested in more details message me! I haven’t even moved in, so I am not sure who is in there or who will be in there. I decided to back out of the lease due to death in the family so i am not able to live there.
