Private bedroom/bathroom available in a 2x2! My boyfriend and I have been living in this beautiful apartment for almost two years, but I got a job offer and we are relocating to Orlando in July. We are looking for someone to take over our portion of the lease - there is one female roommate living here, she is 25 and a pilot student at epic in New Smyrna. She is very clean and courteous, overall a great roommate! She does not have any pets, but pets are welcome. Not 100% sure on the exact rent price yet but it will be somewhere between $850-950. Utilities are not included but range from $50-60 each (the price will likely be lower as we have 3 people in this 2 bedroom currently). The move-in date would be sometime before July 15th and the lease is active until February 21st, 2023 with the option to renew.

Female roommate is preferred, couples will be considered! **If a couple, it is preferred the rent is split 3 ways (about $600 each) and you would have the very spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom!

The photos are of how we currently have the apartment set up, but I just want to make it clear the apartment will be UNFURNISHED, including the bedroom. You are more than welcome to bring your own furniture or we can discuss options with your future roomie about furniture!

You would have one female roommate (25) who is a pilot student and keeps a busy schedule. She is polite, clean, and respectful and wishes to find a roommate who shares those same qualities!
