Room for rent in a female-only house

Hello! I am looking for a roommate for my house in Southwest Las Vegas (89148) for a contract of 4 months. It is a female-only house so I will not make any exceptions. Bathroom is shared with another female roommate. I would like to emphasize that parking is very limited so I prefer no visitors and if you work remotely, that’s favorable. This is mostly due to my neighbors, but this can be discussed further privately. I would like to include that I am Asian and have Asian culture, so if you cannot respect or accept that then I must kindly decline your interest.

**No smoking, drugs, parties, etc. (I prefer a quiet, clean house)

Rent = $700/month Security Deposit = $700 (refundable when moving out)
