Space is a 3-bed, 2-bath (shared for room listed) condo in South Loop/Printer’s Row area. Garage parking is potentially available if needed. The landlord has specified furniture in the room must remain.

And no pets, sorry!

Both of us are pretty easy to get along with. We respect privacy and keep a quiet, clean place.

I keep to myself for the most part at home, but I like to be sociable and hang out in the city. My landlord owns and lives in the condo I am renting. He is pretty chill and keeps to himself as well. The other roommate is leaving and his room will be available for rent at the end of May. Hoping for a roommate with similar interests in traveling, trying different restaurants, and going to the gym.
