About the room
Room is furnished with a desk, bed, lamp, fan and small bookshelf. We live right next to the community pool that also includes a hot tub. Nice patio and friendly neighborhood. Washer and dryer in unit. New flooring installed 3 years ago. New double paned windows installed last year.
About the roomies
You would be sharing the condo with our 2 friendly cats, me and my girlfriend. Our cats have an enclosed kitty litter robot so there is no smell/litter tracking in the condo. We are clean and respectful. Both of us enjoy outdoor activities such as Mtn biking, snowboarding and rock climbing.
