THE SPACE Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath, lower unit of duplex 633 sf near downtown St. Pete in a very walkable neighborhood. Perfect for traveling nurses, medical/business professionals traveling to Tampa Bay.

The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, toaster, mini coffee pot, basic kitchenware: pots, pans, cutting boards, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking ware, and cooking utensils. Your basic kitchen essentials starter kit includes oil, salt & pepper, coffee & creamer, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 kitchen sponges, 1 bottle dish soap, and a little dishwasher detergent, and a few trash bags to start you off. Please note that we do not have a garbage disposal and all food remnants from sink and grease must be disposed of in the trash or the grease bags & bin provided.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, side tables, closet, and study area equipped with a desk and chair, and a full length mirror.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, side table, closet, and study area equipped with a desk and chair.

The living room has a loveseat, 2 chairs, a coffee table, side table and a Roku TV.

The bathroom has towel hooks, a vanity with storage, several shelves for storage, a plug in circulation fan, and a toiletries essentials starter kit.

The front porch overlooks the front yard towards and has some patio furniture. The patio/front yard is a shared space and has a small outdoor table and 2 chairs.

We are a St. Pete based couple and love sharing the beauty of the Sunshine City with others. We have been married 5 years and have two children. We will happily share our favorite local spots, must see places, and restaurants! We have hosted through Airbnb before for over 2 years and have always been superhosts. It is our goal to provide our guests/tenants with the best experience possible, good communication, and a space that fits their needs.

While we do not live on property, we are very close by and we are available as needed for maintenance concerns and in cases of emergency whenever needed. We can be reached by phone for general questions during normal business hours of 9am-5pm. We like to give our guests space but we will check in every now and then to make sure we provide the best possible experience and guests have everything they need.

There will likely be another guest/guests living in the upstairs apartment during your stay. We have high standards for our applicants and want everyone who lives at our property to be happy and cared for!
