Master bedroom for $900, plus $1350 deposit, includes private double vanity bathroom, walk in shower, walk in closet, large bathtub. Area is safe, ~10min from downtown, ~20min from CSUCI. Garage space for storing. We share chores, so the house is maintained, expect to do chores and keep the kitchen clean. Really looking for someone in our age group plus or minus a few years that will work with the house.

3 guys ranging from twenty three to twenty six years old. We all get along really well, most of us are active and spend most of the time outside. We enjoy game nights together and or cooking as a group occasionally. We all have full time jobs so spend the day working. We have boyfriends/girlfriends that will stay the night occasionally so that is allowed.
