Ample street parking with shopping centers and major freeways (60 and 10) within driving distance.

Note: price is for one bedroom suite; utilities charged separately, includes water, gas, electricity, and high-speed internet. Additional amenities may be included depending on availability, or excluded if not feasible.

Property owner: quiet elderly Asian husband/wife couple, live in front house, on-site several days/week, quiet and keep to themselves but friendly. Very DIY and hands-on with property. Two female tenants, one of whom will be your neighbor.
