Check Waze or Google Maps rather than Apple Maps to find the place, likely because it’s so new. The 1700sq. ft. townhouse, located 30 minutes outside Nashville, is in a great, safe residential area. The complex is brand new so we will actually be the first people to start living in the homes! All appliances are new and didn’t see anything wrong with the house when we toured. There is a 2-car garage attached, decent sized rooms, and is insanely affordable for the area and what you get. We can all go in on a set of washer-dryer so we can have in unit laundry as well. Roommates also come with a couch and multiple kitchen appliances.

I am Gretchen Collins, and my partner Nik Hellervik and I are finally moving in together but can’t do it alone! We’re both chill, clean roommates that really just care that dishes are done and trash is taken out! We don’t do a lot of partying, mostly a lot of cooking and watching tv. When we’re not at home, we both work full time. I am a makeup artist and Nik works as a molecular biologist. We’re very friendly, non-smoking, and always pay rent on time.
