Hi! You may have seen my other roommate post this listing! They’re taking my room (I’m leaving) and we’re posting their room.

We have an opening in our 3 bedroom luxury condo at the STOA building downtown on June 1st (potentially May 1st if we find the right candidate). I’m moving out to travel and we want to find someone to replace me.

We have a washer and dryer in the unit , gas stove, dishwasher, rooftop pool and bbq, beautiful common areas, gym, and more! Rent is 1400 with a deposit of 266 you’d send me after you qualify with the building (super simple ) and then you’re good!

We just moved in March 1st and love it here so far. We’re walking distance to tons of good restaurants, bars, museums, and lots of amazing stuff to do. We all get along great and would love to find someone to keep up the good energy 😊

A bit about the two roommates staying: We’re two friends, male and female, both working entrepreneurs, very outgoing people looking for someone similar. One of the roomies is male, 25, gay, loves music, traveling, cooking, and tries to always keep a judgement free mind. The other is female, 29 years old and loves to cook healthy foods, go on hikes, and spend time with friends. She owns two small dogs (two Boston terriers.) When do get to connect we love to cook, have a few drinks, and enjoy the space. We definitely take advantage of the proximity to everything and have been loving walking around and getting to know the neighborhood.

We’re looking for someone who is 420 friendly, down to earth, and also doing their own thing.
