Stephanie's room

We are looking to rent out some space we don’t need. The basement is 1000+ sq feet on a walkout lot (separate entrance), so there is a private bedroom, bathroom, and living room. You would need to come upstairs to cook or do laundry. We have a mini-fridge there in the basement and you are welcome to use a microwave or air fryer down there for snacks! We also have a treadmill upstairs and a power rack in the garage that you are welcome to use.

We are a 30/32 year old couple with 2 dogs (malamutes). We are pretty quiet, clean, and active. We like hiking, working out and gaming in our free time. We do not smoke and are not smoking/cannabis/drug friendly due to our jobs.
