Update: Seeking a roommate for Fall 2023!

We have an awesome location downtown that has easy walking to everything - Fells Point, Harbor East, the Inner Harbor, Whole Foods, CVS, a movie theater, various gyms, and highway I83.

The house is 3 floors plus basement (storage) and it’s on the big side for a Baltimore row home. There’s 4 bedrooms, or 2 bedrooms and 2 offices, or whatever you want (though that does affect the price). The rooms may be 9x12 or 12x12. There’s two full baths, both shared. There are two main common rooms downstairs, which are furnished but we could make room for your stuff.

Right now it’s three guys but one is leaving. I’ve had a number of female roommates and those relationships have been good.

One roommate is a regional sales manager, one is another regional manager, and one is a software developer. We’re all into fitness, cooking, eating, tv/movies, etc. I’m a programmer and spend a lot of time in front of the computer. Aside from that, I’m often at the gym, or mountain biking, or visiting family/friends, etc. I watch a lot of scifi tv/movies, sometimes a bit of F1, and I’m interested in science and engineering.

I’d like roommates that I can hang out with, talk to and generally enjoy being with. Which is fun, but it’s also important in having a smooth relationship where you’re already communicating so addressing any issues goes a lot easier - or they don’t happen at all.

Please note: there is a background check required and a signed roommate agreement which lays out some ground rules. Drugs are not allowed at all but booze is fine, as long as you’re not stumbling around drunk / bothering the neighbors.
