Two rooms on main floor have shared bathroom, one on second floor has private bathroom-is $1090/month, cottage has private bathroom, kitchenette and storage, with loft and is $1200/month but is not completely furnished. Off-street parking is optional, and extra.

House manager with two cats live on property, is an Active professional and keeps busy. With friends of trees, northwest dance project and meals on wheels.
