I am looking for a female roommate to share a home with.

It is a large private bedroom and bathroom in a 2,400 sq. ft 2-story house in Bridgeway Lakes Community. I’m only listing one room with a private bath in this spacious home. The other rooms are my spare room and master bedroom. So I’m the only person living here plus my two dogs. The monthly rent ($1300) which includes wifi, electricity, gas, water, sewer and garbage. You will have access spacious kitchen, laundry and living room.

If you love to jog, bike or walk, I think this will be the area you want to move in! The location is situated in a quiet, safe and convenient location (target, ikea, walmart, ross, etc). It is about 10 minute drive (with traffic) to I-80, I-5 and highway 50. It is also close to Sutter Health, UCD Medical Center and Mercy General Hospital.

My place is also about 10-15 mins away from midtown and downtown!

I am working as a physical therapist in homehealth. I am out during the day and usually back home around 2-4pm so my 2 dogs are left at home. I respect a person’s privacy and personal space. I’m open to teaming up! If I’m at home, I usually watch TV, walk the dogs or finish work. I go out during the weekends sometimes!

I have 2 male dogs named Jacob and Rigsby. Jacob is a German Shepherd Mix and Rigsby is a Pitbull Terrier. They are vaccinated and no medical issues. Both of my boys are very sweet, friendly and love non stop cuddles. They are jumpy at times especially to new people they meet. But if they already get used to them, they are not as excited anymore.

I am looking for a female roommate who is a pet lover, trustworthy, responsible, friendly long term renter with a professional background. Students and traveling professional are welcome too! I am also looking for someone who knows how to respect someone else’s boundaries and honest. The room is available on January 1st 2024. If you need it sooner, we can discuss about it.
