Aileen's room

We are renting out two of the three bedrooms in the house. There is a shared bathroom between the two rooms and a separate living room exclusively for renters. There is also a screened in porch area with a fairy light filled backyard for nighttime. This house is in a residential neighborhood, and is very clean and safe. Easy access to the beach and shopping nearby!

My partner and I are medical professionals moving to the area for the next 6 months or so. We are considerate, quiet, friendly, and value cleanliness. We are okay with small very well trained dogs, but are unable to accommodate large ones. Unfortunately, no cats are allowed due to allergies.
