Looking for a female roommate to rent a private bedroom and bathroom in my condo. I am closing escrow and doing a little remodeling but will be posting pictures afterward. Pictures above are from current tenants.

The place includes a washer/dryer, balcony and parking. Utilities are separate.

The complex is conveniently located, near the 5. Shopping center, including Ralphs, within walking distance.

Looking for an easy-going, clean and responsible roommate who likes pets (I have a siamese cat and a yorkie). No drama please. Must be polite and respectful and no overnight guests (unless on occasion). Would be nice to be friends and hang out together sometimes.

I’m a CPA at a big 4 and I work from home. I’m really into hot yoga and recently started ballet. I enjoy romcoms, dramas, comedies and thrillers and enjoy occasional wine nights. I enjoy cooking and I am pretty into asian food.
