Actually, I have 2 different rooms available in a large 3800 sq ft , 2 -story house , the in- law suite on the lower level is occupied but is separated from the top floor, so you wouldn’t be rooming with them at all.
I am an IT professional but I will barely be at the house. I stay in Atlanta, Ga but will still need a room in Daphne for another 6 months and will be down maybe 2 or 3 times in that time.
After 6 months I’m not sure I will keep a room in the house or rent it out. If I keep it I will still only be at the house 2-3 times a year.

Here are the room options: Option 1: Regular Bedroom $800 Option 2 : Master Bedroom (over 1000 sq. ft.) $1200 Option 1 is the regular bedroom with private bath listed for $800.

Option 2 is the master bedroom that is over 1000 sq. ft with ensuite bathroom and private bonus/ sunroom with floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the backyard. Master bedroom has huge luxury walk-in closet, designated sitting/ living area, master bath with jacuzzi tub and spa walk-in shower + Bonus/ Sunroom This bedroom is the size of a small apartment and has a designated sitting / living area to use as a living room. The large walk-in closet gets lots of natural light from the window and has an ottoman sitting area in the middle of the closet.

Either way you would have your own dining/ living room area (if you wanted your own space.) You can bring your own furniture to decorate the dining/ living room if you want. I plan to do it otherwise. The kitchen also has a designated breakfast / dining area. The backyard is huge with a relaxing creek. There is a detached greenhouse and water fountain in backyard.

I am very laid back female in IT and my bedroom has it’s own private hallway leading down to my bedroom and bathroom, so I can’t really hear what’s going on in the rest of the house so you would be able to feel free and keep your own hours.
