Looking for a room mate whose friendly, and okay with 2 dogs. $750 pricing includes all utility costs, and includes Frontier’s 1 Gigabit Wifi Speeds, access to Laundry, Kitchen, some pantry space, and fridge space which is shared. We’re located near Euclid and Schaefer Ave in Chino. House is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking out in front.
Room size is about 13x13ft with a 3 sliding door spacious closet. House AC always runs and keeps things no higher than 78 degrees.
<5 Minutes away from Stater Bros, 8~12 Minutes from the 60 and 71 Freeways 20~25 Minutes from Cal Poly Pomona University.
About the roomies
We have 4 other rooms occupied currently with professionals and age between 30~40. We’re only looking for ONE additional person for the 5th room.
