Complex includes large pool, wifi/coffee lounge, laundry room, gym, and much more. Located within walking distance of I- 75 and a short drive to Tamiami. You will have your own furnished room in a 980 sq ft apartment. All utilities including internet will be included in monthly rent. Shared kitchen and living room.

Must be very dog friendly as I have two dogs, a chocolate lab and an Australian shepherd. Both very friendly and have extensive training. I am very easy going as long as you respect the apartment and keep it clean. Pet limit is 2 so you cannot bring any pets with you.
