Small room AVAILABLE only (pics w/no cover on bed). Pool home in a cul-de-sac of 8 homes. No children allowed. Room has a street & front patio view. Private room. Bath shared with others. Bring your own bedding/towels and good waterproof mattress protector required. Small room = $1000. & deposit is the same. Utilities are $150. monthly. Internet & cable separate divided amount. Pay early or on time - late fee strictly enforced! Room has queen bed, nightstand, carpet, refrigerator, new ceiling fan, blinds, curtains, and art on walls.
Our home community is good and peaceful. Everyone gets along. I expect you to pick up behind yourself and help keep shared spaces clean. We are adults who work together to keep my home clean & with good energy! Strong tones and bad attitudes won’t mesh here. I would prefer a long term tenant. One year or longer only. NO COUPLES.
